Eonia is a web-based application that converts photographs into coloring pages using artificial intelligence. The Service allows users to:

• Upload photos and images
• Convert them into line art suitable for coloring
• Download the generated coloring pages
• Access various style presets and customization options

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the photos you upload
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Contains nudity, violence, or graphic content
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates the privacy of others

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes a limited number of credits per month. Free tier limitations may change at our discretion.

5.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• Your account will revert to the free tier

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Eonia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

Coloring pages generated from your photos belong to you. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any rights in the original photos.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Circumvent usage limits or restrictions

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will meet your specific requirements
• All defects will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EONIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eonia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
